Thanks for your interest in joining StreamBee’s Giveaway with Blue! These terms (the “Terms”) are the rules which apply to the giveaway and govern your relationship with StreamBee, s.r.o., with its registered seat at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Id. no.: 08950245 (“StreamBee”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in relation to StreemBee’s giveaway with Blue (the “Giveaway”). Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Giveaway.
How long will the Giveaway be on?
The Giveaway starts on November 16th 2020 at 08:00:00 PM and ends on December 13th at 11:59:59 PM. All times are UTC+1 (Prague time).
How can I win?
In order to join the Giveaway, you have to register at streambee.io/giveaway with your email. The prize that you may win in the Giveway is Blue Yeti X Microphone and early access to StreamBee tool (once available) (the “Prize”).
In order to have a chance to win the Prize, you must:
- be a streamer, i.e. you have an active Twitch channel with at least 7 individual broadcasts within the last 30 days
- complete the actions listed below. You will be awarded points for each action. Each point represents 1 entry to the Giveaway – the more points you have, the higher is your chance to win the Prize!

- +2 points – Refer a friend (up to 15 referrals)
- +10 points – Complete all actions for +10 Bonus Entries
Who is the winner?
After the end of the Giveaway, StreamBee will select a random winner from the participants of the Giveaway that gained the most points according to these Terms. StreamBee will then contact the winner via her/his email and will arrange for delivering the Prize to the winner. The shipping costs will be covered by StreamBee and Blue.
Other
StreamBee reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Giveaway in its sole discretion, including the cases if the participant is not a streamer or is in breach of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
StreamBee does not provide any warranty on the Prize. StreamBee will not be liable for and will not indemnify the winner for any taxes or customs that the winner of the Prize might be obliged to pay in connection with winning and/or receiving the Prize.
Privacy
By accepting these Terms you agree to our processing of your email address (the “Personal Data”). These Terms only cover data processing carried out by StreamBee and do not address, and StreamBee is not responsible for, the privacy practices of any other parties. StreamBee will process your Personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations including the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). Your Personal Data will be processed by StreamBee in order to carry out the agreement existing between us based on your decision to join the Giveaway (legal basis for such processing under GDPR is the performance of a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR). We may further process your email address in order to market to you our current or future services, or to inform you about our future giveaways. We process your email address on the following legal basis: your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of GDPR given to us when you provide your email address to us when joining the Giveaway. You can stop direct marketing communications from us by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email communication that we send you. Your Personal Data will be shared only to the necessary extent with our service providers and partners in case it is necessary for the compliance with our obligations towards you. A non-exclusive list of our sub-processors includes Gleam.io (Crowd9 PTY LTD). We may also share your Personal Data if we believe it is necessary for legal reasons. If you are a resident of European Union, we may transfer your data to the United States of America and in such case we make sure that there are appropriate safeguards in place to protect your personal data, such as standard contract clauses.
